Prosthetic Solutions has expanded its Santa Clara facility to support growing demand for prosthetic care, adaptive fitness programming, and community-based rehabilitation services in the Bay Area. The Santa Clara office, conveniently located between US 101 and Central Expressway, recently underwent a remodel and physical expansion to create additional capacity for patient care and related programming.
The expansion is designed to make care more accessible and more integrated for patients and referral partners by bringing clinical care, rehabilitation support, and prosthetic services closer together in one location. Prosthetic Solutions has emphasized steady, quality-focused growth rather than broad multi-site expansion, with the stated goal of preserving individualized care and strong clinical follow-through.
The organization also continues to build programs that extend beyond device delivery alone. Its free Fitness for Life programs, supported by volunteer physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and trainers, are intended to help patients improve mobility, confidence, and long-term function after receiving prosthetic care. Growing participation in these classes was one of the drivers behind the need for more space.
The Santa Clara expansion strengthens Prosthetic Solutions’ ability to provide rapid fittings for pediatric prosthetic patients, reducing delays related to growth and mobility needs. Timely fittings help minimize unnecessary return visits and support better continuity of care for children and their families.
“We believe mobility is more than walking, it’s confidence, independence, and the ability to fully participate in life,” said the Prosthetic Solutions team. “Our clinics and Confidence Training Gym reflect that belief by bringing people together to move, learn, and support one another.”
Indeed, one of Wade's favorite sayings is "Work is hard, fun is easy!" The expanded Confidence Training Center does just that! It creates more spaces to have fun (the work is a bonus)!

I work at a senior care facility. The large print word search has been a hit — big fonts, high contrast, residents can actually read the letters.
