Prosthetic Evaluations

Initial prosthetic evaluations are complimentary. These appointments help us assess your case, confirm insurance eligibility, and answer questions about our process, outcomes, or training programs. No prescription is required. Early evaluation by a prosthetist is highly recommended.

New Prosthetic Socket, System, or Supplies

A face-to-face appointment with your physician is required for necessary documentation. Insurance providers mandate these documents for authorization. To streamline the process, request a detailed prescription from our office at least 48 hours before your appointment. Once completed, we will promptly submit the paperwork for insurance pre-authorization.

Minor Repairs and Adjustments

Contact our office to confirm if a prescription is needed for minor repairs or adjustments. New insurance guidelines are now often requiring pre-authorization.

Emergency Repairs

For urgent repairs, call our office immediately to schedule an appointment. Any required prescriptions can be addressed during your visit.
